Make La Grèze your home in the French countryside for a week or longer. Located in Montagnac-sur-Lède, Lot-et-Garonne, near the Dordogne, this fully furnished private house is a welcoming base for discovering Southwest France at your own pace.

The house offers 160 m² of accommodation over two levels (80 m² on each level), with three bedrooms, two shower rooms and space for up to eight guests, including the sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy a warm wood interior, a comfortable lounge, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, heating through reversible air conditioning, Starlink Wi-Fi, a garden and private parking.

Weekly stays are welcome, with a minimum stay of seven nights. Our weekly rate is approximately €900. For winter stays, our special long-stay rate is approximately €1,200 for 30 nights. The special monthly offer applies to the winter season from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The total varies with the number of nights booked.

Come to read, write, work remotely or explore the surrounding villages and local markets. A car is recommended for this countryside location.

Pets are welcome; please mention them in your enquiry. Parties and events are allowed. The seasonal above-ground swimming pool is closed in winter.
