La Boheme is a newly renovated beach house perfectly positioned for those wanting to explore the highlights of the Mornington Peninsula.

The house is situated in a quiet, leafy street only minutes from the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses, coastal walks, front and back beaches, and a short drive to the wine region.

If you're a group of more than four people you can also book 'La Cabine Tootgarook,' which is the studio next door and sleeps an additional two people.

La Bohème is a thoughtfully renovated beach house designed for slow mornings, shared meals, and sunset lounging. With open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas that flow out to a leafy outdoor space, it's ideal for cooking, yoga, movies, or alfresco dining. Surrounded by trees, it offers privacy and calm—yet is only minutes from the Peninsula Hot Springs, beaches, and wineries.

Travelling as a group? The completely separate studio next door, La Cabine, is also available to book and sleeps an additional two guests. It’s fully self-contained with its own entrance and garden — ideal for friends or family who want space and privacy while staying close by.
