Our condo unit is situated in coveted Building 3 of Mountain Green Condos & Resort. Convenient location adjacent to ski slopes, mountain bike park, golf course, Adventure Center. Restaurant dining under the same roof, plus more amenities in the building.

Directly across the street from us is Snowshed Upper Parking Lot - 7-min walk to Snowshed Lodge & Lifts / 10-min walk to Ramshead! Or take the free shuttle - runs every 15 mins (weekends), picks you up right by our secure outdoor ski locker.

Killington's daily summer 2022 offerings open May 28 & end Oct 10. Mountain Green outdoor pool is open the weekend of June 3 & closes Sept 11. Fire pits & propane BBQ grills open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer.

Our cozy one bedroom, one bathroom unit with open kitchen & living room also has an outdoor deck facing the resort - enjoy beautiful views of Killington mountain from the privacy of our condo.

- Comfortable king-sized bed with new mattress & linens in the bedroom, plus convertible living room couch (2 twin beds) offers sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people (600sqft unit).
- Bright & dedicated workspace with secure high-speed internet (our unit has its own reliable WiFi network with extra bandwidth for our guests) to take care of your work-from-home professional life or streaming calls & videos.
- Fully equipped kitchen, with ample dining and seating available throughout.
- Living room and bedroom both have smart TVs with built-in Roku and streaming services.
- Step out onto the deck for your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day, and enjoy the serene views.
- Glove and Boot Dryer in-unit (adjacent to electric fireplace) will keep your gear ready for multiple days of activities on the mountain.
- Coffee options - single k-pods are fully stocked. Both drip system and french press are available as well (byo ground coffee).

- Season-specific operating hours in place for Black Dog Sports - our resident ski & board shop for all your equipment rental needs. Closed May 1 for the summer & will return this fall (www [dot] blackdogdeals [dot] com).
- ATM and drink/snack vending are also located by those retail shops.
- Two floors down, building better amenities for all in the Health Club. See more details below on what's open & what's closed.
- Three floors down, shared laundry machines (washers & dryers) are available with payment via QR code & digital wallet - in building, not in our unit.
- Four floors down, load & unload your car from the underground parking garage (10-minute limit, right next to elevators), with luggage carts provided for convenience.

Free outdoor parking lot (behind Building 3) is dedicated to residents & guests. Vehicles requiring diesel plug-in will find receptacles on each post.

Relax in the condo by night, or experience bars and restaurants minutes away on Killington Road. We're happy to share our favorites and information on other conveniences prior to check-in.

For the safety of all while considerations for COVID-19 continue, we'll keep taking extra precautions to professionally clean and sanitize prior to check-in, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Notes about Health Club:
- Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, the resort's Health Club amenities are closed until Nov. 2022 - including indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, & locker rooms, as well as indoor gym with aerobic room, weight room, & racquetball/basketball court - in order to perform necessary maintenance repairs & renovations for an upgraded facility. Guests will be informed directly of any status changes as they arise. As such, we are waiving the nominal resort guest fee that is typically incurred with each stay in our unit, because this is an inconvenience that we truly wish we didn't have to pass along to our guests.
- Re-opening in Fall/Winter 2022-2023: Spa offerings provided by our resident massage salon, Afterglow Killington Spa at Mountain Green. Massages (50- or 80-minute), facials, packages, group discounts. Book & pay directly with Afterglow - check available appointment times & list of services online (www [dot] afterglowkillington [dot] com).

House Rules and Renter Agreement will be provided upon booking, for confirmation in advance of arrival. Signed Renter Agreement on file is required for each stay. This property also requires a $500 Security Deposit hold; it will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival.
