Welcome to Molokai Shores finest condo Ka Hale Kealoha A215! This beautifully updated condo boats high end appliances as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would ever need! Sleeps 4 in a queen bed and one queen sofa bed all with high-end 1000+ count or cooling bamboo sheets. The condo comes fully equipped with linens, towels, paper goods, baggies, spices, recreational items, all your laundry needs and toiletries. Forgot something? We even stock extra combs, toothbrushes, and razors! You will not find another condo on Molokai that provides such amenities! The covered (and furnished) lanai provides a wonderful space to take in the pool and clean views including an ancient fishpond and the island of Lanai. Perfectly situated to the trade-winds, this condo has a great breeze keeping you comfortable. Enjoy the perfectly manicured grounds of Molokai Shores which includes an outdoor pool, shuffle board, putting green, gas BBQ's and plenty of picnic tables and chairs to take in the surrounding beauty of Molokai. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the main town Kaunakakai.

Aloha! My name is Elena and I have been the owner of Ka Hale Ke Aloha since 2021. I fell in love with Molokai in 2010, staying in the exact condo I now own. It is my goal to continue to provide the best accommodations Molokai Shores has to offer. My Boyfriend John and I live in the Seattle area. I am a registered nurse and John a mechanical engineer. We hope to call Molokai home in the future.

Getting around

There is plenty of free parking at Molokai Shores with the provided parking pass. Rent a car through one of the rental companies. There is a taxi service as well as shuttle service from the airport when booked in advance. MEO bus transportation has limited weekday public transportation (free, donations greatly accepted) as well.

Check In: 2PM - Flexible

Upon full payment, I will send you a welcome packet with additional details of the condo including your personalized door code, codes to laundry room and pool, and wifi name and password. You may go directly to the condo after check-in time and use your code to enter the condo and start your Molokai adventures!

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy: 4

There is a 50$ (one-time) additional cleaning fee for occupants above 2.

House Rules

No parties or events. No children under the age of 17. No pets allowed. No smoking or illegal substances. All HOA rules of Molokai Shores must be adhered to. The HOA rules are provided within the condo guest book. Breaking these rules with require forfeiture of your damage deposit.

Payment Policy

Current Policy: I collect 100% of total charges 30 days prior to arrival. I will collect the security deposit one day prior to arrival. I also accept Venmo and Zelle. If you prefer to pay by check, I can do so but require 50% upon booking and the other 50% 60 days prior to arrival (If your arrival is within 60 days, I collect 100% upon booking).

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunded with 5 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel 30 days prior to arrival with a refund. If you cancel after 30 days from check in, 100% paid is non refundable.

Notes

Must be 21 or older. Molokai Shores Condominium rules must be obeyed at all times.
