Guest Supplies: An initial starter set of supplies is provided. For stays exceeding 14 days, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Winter Weather Protocol (October - April): Our dedicated contractor ensures driveways, entry paths, and city sidewalks are cleared of snow. While efforts are made daily during continuous snowfall, please note that public walkways are prioritized. A shovel and ice melt are available for your convenience. Please exercise caution when moving around the property.
Summer Lawn Care (Mid-May - September): Professional lawn mowing occurs every two weeks. While this maintains the property, it may not always appear freshly cut right before your arrival.
Strict House Rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly request: No parties, no smoking (including vaping), no drugs, no marijuana, and no pets are allowed on the property.
Respectful Quiet Hours: We value everyone's rest. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays (Monday-Saturday) and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on Sundays and holidays. We appreciate guests minimizing noise, especially car doors, after 10:00 PM.
