Please note that Mistiq Gardens 2 is located in the Jungle North of the Hotel District and South of Tulum Centro. Like many roads in Tulum, the road leading into the building is unpaved and there are no lights set-up yet.

We recommend that you rent a car or take a taxi in. If you're travelling by foot or bike, we suggest planning your arrival during the daylight.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow cancellations and offer a 100% refund within 24 hours, and 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund till 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund, and reservations cancelled within 14 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund.
