YOUR HOME:
This is a duplex with separate entrances from the street. The entire ground floor and patio area are yours exclusively. The upper unit has its own deck over the garage. The lower duplex is very accessible if you are 'stair-challenged'.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Sleep will come easy in the two quiet and very spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are similar in size and style, complete with high-end King size beds with medium-firm hybrid mattresses, hotel-style linens, and calming color schemes to help you relax. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has lamps with charging stations and full-sized closets. Both bedrooms have wide entrances and no steps. One bedroom has a doggie door that leads to the gravel dog run on the side of the house.

The two ensuite bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, freshtowels, and bathroom basics such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap for your convenience. The third bathroom is off the hallway and features a shower/tub combination as well at the essentials.
All spaces combine wood, glass, and chrome elements for a stylish place to get ready for the day.

This harbor view villa is within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants, but on the nights you want to stay in and cook at home, this kitchen has everything you need. The well-stocked kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and cookware, you will feel right at home. Also, essentials like olive oil and vinegar, plus a spice rack so bring your groceries!

Subtle beach decor adds fun and flair to the lounge area and helps keep you in “vacation mode.” You’ll find a comfortable leather sofa sleeper, armchairs, a simple coffee table in the middle, and a flat-screen TV on the wall, and modern electric blinds. A sliding door leads from the living room to the sunny patio and allows plenty of sunlight to fill the room during the day.

The outside space is what makes this gorgeous home stand out from the rest. If you’re looking for a home with a view, this is it! Open up the door from the living room and step out onto the private patio that overlooks the harbor. Enjoy lunch under the shady umbrella and watch the boats glide in and out of the channel.

Fire up the BBQ for a family lunch or dinner outside, or eat leftovers from the restaurant down the street in the sun. When the sun goes down, sit around the fire pit and watch the city come alive with lights and music.

There is a secure dog run with a doggie door accessible from the rear bedroom. We have 2 kayaks and life vests for your use. Put them in their caddie wheels - Hobie beach is where you can launch them and enjoy your day on the water.

☆☆DOGS WELCOME!☆☆
We love dogs but ask you for two things: Not on the furniture and please clean up after them. We don’t charge a pet fee because we believe that people with dogs are amazing guests and that we all understand that housekeepers spend extra time to make sure the next guest has a fresh experience. We provide a sling bed and dog mattress, water/food dishes, a pooper scooper, and a basket with older towels.

Welcome to Silverstrand, a picturesque beach town nestled between Malibu and Santa Barbara. Imagine strolling down the avenue, beach wagon in tow, filled with chairs, an umbrella, towels, and a delicious lunch, ready to enjoy a relaxing day by the sea.

The beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of paradise, perfect for a peaceful walk or a fun-filled day with friends. The waves are great for surfers of all skill levels, and the north end of the beach is the perfect spot to catch the weekend crowd. But that's not all; Silverstrand offers a wide variety of activities, like fishing and whale watching or a round of golf at the nearby Buena Ventura Golf Club.

If you're looking for a bite to eat, Cafe Zack and Cafe Nouveau are must-visit spots for dinner and brunch. And take advantage of the massive farmers market on the weekends, offering an abundance of fresh local produce.

Discover the last hidden gem of California's beach towns. Silverstrand offers a unique, local feel, with plenty of activities to keep you entertained. From the boardwalk, watch sailboats and electric boats traverse the harbor, or rent a jetski or paddleboat for a day of adventure. Between December and May, take a whale-watching tour and witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Make Silverstrand your go-to destination for a much-needed escape from the daily grind.

Several large grocery stores are within 2 miles.

Many restaurants and stores are close by on the north side of the beach. You have a driveway for your use and we have parking just across our little crescent street. Also, Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area.

PLUMBING: Beach houses have delicate plumbing. Never put baby wipes or feminine products anywhere but in the trash. Plumbers are expensive.

BEACH TOYS: Beach toys such as boogie boards and kayaks are a great amenity and we are so happy to provide them free of charge. If a kayak is dragged rather than using the wheels, it will become damaged. Please don't forget boogie boards at the beach. We want to continue to offer them to you!

GRILLS: We don't ask our guests to do endless chores on their vacations but we do ask that you scrape and heat sanitize your grill after use.

DOGS: We always want to be able to be Pet-friendly. We ask that you are mindful of excess hair, have your pup on a flea program and pick up all his waste before leaving.
