The light and generous apartment on the ground floor features warm colours and a high-quality interior with natural materials. A large hallway and a spacious vestibule provide space for shoes and jackets. The open, light living and dining room with an integrated kitchen space and a cosy fireplace room is laid with quality real wood parquet, as are the two bedrooms and the entrance area. The modern, open and fully-equipped kitchen is the centrepiece of the generous apartment. You can cook together at the large kitchen block. The dining space with its floor-to-ceiling windows affords a view of the idyllically laid garden and is an ideal place for holiday breakfasts, if the weather does not allow you to use the garden. In the evenings the fireplace room with its large panoramic TV invites you to relax. The fireplace also exudes pleasant warmth and a cosy atmosphere on story autumn and cold winter days. The generous, quietly situated bedroom with a double bed (width 180 cm) and a view of the garden area is an oasis of tranquility. A large bedroom cupboard and a dresser with three drawers provide ample storage space. The second bedroom with two single beds (width 80 cm) is ideal for one additional guest, but can also be used by two. The large, light bathroom with morning sun, a spacious modern shower, a towel radiator, bidet, under-floor heating and a large corner bath is a wellness oasis in itself, ideal for a refreshing start to the day or relaxing in the evening. The apartment has central heating. Firewood can be bought in the village.
