You will enjoy serenity in a relaxing atmosphere with unparalleled views of the surrounding tidal creek as well as views of the ocean just 1 block away. Quiet seclusion, fishing, crabbing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s) right from your yard make HipNautic a true choose-your-adventure dream.
Side A of this massive duplex home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths with sleeping for 10. This beautiful marshfront property features a large porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for family cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. Fishing rods are also available. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered!

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. Pets are not permitted in or on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property & automatic forfeiture of security deposit and rental payment. *Note as to Service Animals: Under the current provisions of title II and III of the ADA, a service animal is defined by the ADA as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. If you will be bringing a bona fide service animal, kindly notify us in advance. Please note that a service dog may never be left alone in the listing (even if crated) and must be under the handler's direct control at all times. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and other "assistance" animals which do not meet the strict definition of service animal under the ADA are not permitted.

-Minimum age to book is 25 - NO PARTIES - Maximum occupancy at any time is 10 persons. -Only registered guests are permitted on the property and/or in the unit. All persons must be registered with Hosts prior to arrival by providing each guest's full name & age. - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway at any time. - You may not block the trash/recycling bins in any way. They must be free from obstruction at all times to enable pickup. - Only recycling material as listed may be placed in the recycling bins - No smoking of ANY substance is permitted ANYWHERE inside the property; Vaping is also prohibited. -Age of person booking must be at least 25 years and must be one of the guests. No one under 18 may stay unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian; -Booking person must stay in the unit the ENTIRE duration. Third party bookings (booking for someone else) is NOT permitted; - Absolutely no pets of any type; - Children must be supervised at all times. *** FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN A $350 FINE PER OCCURRENCE PLUS DAMAGES, IF APPLICABLE AND MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND***No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

In the event Tenant wishes to cancel this reservation, a (30) day notice in writing is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date will forfeit the full advance payment / reservation deposit. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival are non- refundable (except for the security deposit/cleaning fee). Guests who check in but leave early are not entitled to any refunds except the security deposit and only in the event all conditions are met which would warrant return of said security deposit

Notes

HipNautic is a duplex home with Side A and Side B being separate rentals. There are separate entrances for each side with private porches for each. The boat dock and kayaks are shared between the two sides. Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home. **MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY** The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.
