The Hillside Hangout is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,200 sq. ft. home that sleeps up to 8 guests. Just steps away, the Cozy Cottage Lakeside features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 900 sq. ft. of charm, comfortably accommodating up to 6.

Perfect for two families, extended families, or a group of friends who want to stay close yet enjoy their own space, these homes are nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The Hillside Hangout boasts a beautiful elevated deck with sweeping views, while the Cozy Cottage Lakeside has a private-feeling front yard, designed for relaxing and entertaining.

Both homes offer ample parking (4–5 cars depending on size), with additional off-street parking when weather permits. Please note: due to the steep terrain and stairs, these homes may not be suitable for guests who have mobility concerns.
