On the first floor there is also the first toilet. </P><P>On the first floor, you&#39;ll find the bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom is an oasis of peace with a comfortable double box spring (160x200cm), a cozy seating/single bed (80x200cm) by the window, and a second television for extra entertainment. A spacious wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space and a practical full-length mirror complete the setup. Bedside lamps by the bed provide both functional and ambient lighting.</P><P>The adjoining open bathroom offers ultimate comfort with a walk-in rain shower, a second toilet, and a double sink unit, where you can freshen up. For added convenience during your stay, there is a storage room downstairs with a washing machine.</P><P>If you are traveling with small children up to 2 years, a high chair and a foldable baby cot are available. Parking is not a problem, as there is space for 2 cars on the property.
