The car shelter, with a parking space belonging to the apartment, is right by the house. The main entrance of the house built in 1983, is located at the north side; a staircase then leads down to the apartment on the 1st floor.The charming 3 1/2 room duplex apartment impresses with its functional and cozy furnishings.
