Boat Slip--We offer our boat slip for your personal use. It is an interior slip protecting your boat during the busy season. The 10 ft. X 24 ft. slip is located in front (lakeside) of building #245. The slip is located on the shoreside. See pictures for detailed views. For $25 you can launch your boat down the road at Deerfield Marina. Trailer parking at Deerfield Marina is around $7 per day (please call to confirm) or Deerfield Storage with reservation contact 423-494-6857 or email deerstorage@gmail.com.
Please be advised that water levels can rise due to heavy rains especially in the spring causing the walkway to the docks/slips to be under water.
Amenities-- include Deerfield Cove Marina and Tiki Bar with live entertainment, a championship golf course, airstrip, swimming pool next to our building! Tennis court, sand volleyball court and a children's play area. There is a wonderful winery, Chapmans, 5-min from the condo. Deerside Market and Bo's 3 Bar & Grill have what you need for ice, beer and snacks! Enjoy watching the many deer graze around the resort and the crazy boaters during the busy summer season! ***Other items to note***
1. Guests may be asked to submit a signed rental agreement in order to confirm their reservation.
2. If you cancel you will be charged a non-refundable credit card service fee of 3%. Refunds can take between 5-10 business days.
3. We provide a starter kit with laundry pods, coffee pods etc.. as part of your stay but you will want to bring your own groceries for the days you are staying.
4. Cell service on the lake can be pretty spotty. The best service seems to be with Verizon Wireless.
5. It is helpful to do all grocery shopping before coming to Deerfield due to the distance between the condo and larger grocery stores. There are small convenience type stores only near the condo. Big box and grocery stores are in the town of LaFollette (25-min) from the condo.
6. Note that while this is a DIRECT booking site and we do not charge booking fees, we cannot change the price we pay for the cleaners $200 nor can we control the TN taxes. Local Marinas/Boat Rentals:
