The home is exclusively yours with the exception of the shed and supply closets. We have an ironing board and iron for your use. We usually keep it in one of the bedroom closets. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

- We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
- No smoking/vaping or burning candles or incense is allowed in the interior of the property. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
- No parties/events are permitted on the property.
- Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied. Please check our House Rules to see the additional fees.

Disclaimer, Safety & Assumption of Risk

For everyone’s comfort and safety, please follow these guidelines:

No Shoes: Please remove shoes inside the home and garage/movie room.

Mini-Split & Doors: Keep all exterior doors closed, especially the garage/movie room door. Do not set the mini-split below 70°F or leave doors open while it is running. This can overwork the system and cause permanent damage.

Fire Pit & Propane: Never leave the fire pit unattended while in use. Turn it off completely when finished and fully close the valve directly on the propane tank after every use.

Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, deck, dome, and game room amenities.

Snow & Ice: Outdoor surfaces may become slippery, and icicles may form along roof edges. Please use appropriate footwear, handrails, and caution.

Bugs & Outdoor Pests: Occasional insects are possible despite regular professional pest control.

Dome: The dome is in a naturally shaded outdoor area where bugs may be more common. Please keep it fully zipped and secured at all times.
