GENERAL HOUSE RULES

These guidelines are in place to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Serious violations may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

**No Shoes:** Please remove shoes inside the home and garage/movie room.

**Mini-Split & Doors:** Keep all exterior doors closed, especially the garage/movie room door. Do not set the mini-split below 70°F or leave doors open while it is running. This can overwork the system and cause permanent damage.

**Quiet Hours:** 10 PM–8 AM. No loud music, parties, events, or disruptive behavior. A Minut noise monitor is used to monitor sound levels and does not record conversations.

**Registered Guests Only:** No unauthorized overnight guests or large gatherings.

**Smoking:** Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Main Home or Dome. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Cigarettes must be fully extinguished and disposed of in a trash container. Never discard cigarette butts on the ground, deck, or wooded areas.

**Dome:** Smoking, vaping, candles, and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the dome at all times

**Pets:** Only approved pets are permitted. Please supervise pets and clean up after them.

**Neighbors:** Do not enter or trespass on neighboring properties.

**Property Care:** Please treat the home, furnishings, games, and amenities with care and report damage promptly.

🕹️ AMENITY USE & SAFETY

**Hot Tub:** No glass, food, lotions, oils, or soaps. Replace the cover after use. Do not drain, refill, add chemicals or substances to the water, or tamper with the water, controls, or equipment.

**Barrel Sauna:** Follow instructions in the digital guidebook and leave the door slightly open after use to prevent moisture build-up.

**Firepit:** Never leave a fire unattended. Turn the firepit off fully and shut off the propane valve directly on the propane tank (under the side table between the firepit chairs).

**Dome:** Do not leave food inside. Secure the door when leaving. The dome is in a shaded part of the backyard and bugs are common to frequent the shade. Leave dome closed and secure at all times.

**BBQ:** Turn off the propane valve after each use and clean the grill after use. Propane is provided.

**Game Room:** Use games and equipment responsibly and return items to their proper locations.
