Enjoy all the comforts of home in this Frog and Toad inspired designer tiny home for two! Need space for a third? A tadpole is welcome too!

This newly constructed (fall 2024) home is packed with charming details like frog pulls on the cabinets quirky elements that will delight the frog and toad lovers.

Nearly one acre fully fenced for the private use of a this home.

This whimsical home is packed with farm house charm and a cohesive functionality.

Glamping is easy with WIFI and smart TV to stream your favorite shows Netflix, YouTube TV etc.

Comfy queen sized mattress & linens can be found in the loft. USB port/plugs available on each side of the bed, and a 2 way light switch can be found at the top of the stairs/loft to control the LED recessed lights.

Twin sized sleeper sofa is available for people not comfortable with the heights/stairs.

All essentials can be found in the kitchen for cooking. Electric cooktop & countertop oven, coffee maker, and fridge. Pots/pans/ dishes etc. Shower is stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Hang out in the private fenced yard with picnic table and enjoy a bar b q with the fire pit featuring 2 level cooking grills. Memories of s'more are waiting to be created here!

Brazoria county is home to more bird species than any other area in North America!

You MUST be comfortable with nature as there is a 100% chance of bird sightings, and encountering nature at this home!

Minimal light pollution allows for the most beautiful scenic outdoor setting to experience stargazing with a clear night sky.

This tiny home on wheels is located next door to another airbnb property (Check my other listings for « Five Oaks Farmhouse »)

Both can be reserved together if you need to host a group of 10-12.

This tiny home has a separate driveway entrance, and is located behind a metal shop building with a one acre parcel fenced for the use of the tiny home.

You can park in front of the shop, or drive along the side and park next to the gated entrance of the tiny home..

Insects, critters, wildlife:

Be aware that you may find insects in or around our property. We do have regular and effective pest control. This means, that if a bug makes its way inside the home via a window or door left open, it will die. So it is not uncommon to locate a dead insect from time to time.

Living in a warm climate means that there are a myriad of insects on the land (mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, fire ants, etc.) as well as wildlife. From birds and bats to the occasional opossums, armadillo, frogs, lizards, anole, skunk, fox, coyote and other creatures that wander the land. There are sightings often reported!
