This spacious (2100 sq ft) resort condominium is bright and cheerful. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. Additional beach items available for your ocean outings. It has an attached garage and is steps to the neighborhood pool with lounge chairs, outdoor tables and changing rooms/bathrooms. HOA requires minimum monthly lease with all guests on the lease at the time of application. Family or friends may share the stay over the course of the month or season with lease approved. In the January to March time-fame, we would like a three-month lease please.

Access to the Whisper Trace neighborhood pool is free with rental. Clubhouse membership transfer fee of $750 required to access to resort clubhouse, spa and clubhouse pools. The 54,000 square foot resort clubhouse has waterfall pool that is family friendly, spa services a la carte, towel and drink service by the pool, a fitness center and golf shop. Golf one of 50 nearby courses that allow daily golf or as a day guest of a private golf member at Fiddler's Creek. Ten minutes to the beaches of Marco Island. The upscale shopping, dining and beaches of downtown Naples are just 30 minutes away. Access by Fort Myers airport (45 minutes), or by Fort Lauderdale/Miami (1 1/2 hours.)

You will have the condo to yourselves.

Gated resort community on nearly 4000 acres. Two restaurants on site. Well known as one of the best golf opportunities in the area. This condo does not include the private golf membership at Fiddler's Creek.

Car recommended for excursions. Shopping is 3-5 minutes from neighborhood. Grocery and restaurant delivery is available.

This area offers warm weather on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. You can bike, kayak, boat, fish, dive, explore the Everglades or take a drive to the Florida Keys. The amenities of Marco Island and Naples are upscale. Wonderful fine dining and shopping. The arts are abundant as well.
