The Flats offer a luxurious and modern environment, so our guests feel at home! Located in the Pé de Pequi residential area, in a strategic neighborhood of Palmas, close to the Hospital do Amor, Catholic University, and Ulbra Avenida, Praia do Caju and Prata, and Avenida with various shops.

Equipped with all the essential amenities to provide a sense of tranquility and warmth during stays, delivering modernity, security, and great comfort.

The Pé de Pequi Luxo Flats feature two bedrooms with super comfortable Queen and Double beds, a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room, and a service area with a washing machine.

Both bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned; in the living room, we have a retractable sofa for four people, a 32-inch smart TV with streaming access, high-speed Wi-Fi at 500 Mbps, custom cabinets in all areas, an intercom, and the bedrooms have planned wardrobes and cabinets.

To enjoy meals, we have a counter with stools. In the kitchen, we have a large refrigerator, a four-burner stove with an electric igniter, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a water filter, and kitchen utensils.

Rich in planned furniture to provide greater comfort and organization for guests, allowing them to settle in an organized and comfortable manner.

Access to the apartment is done through a release via video intercom and/or facial recognition, with parking for 1 small to medium-sized vehicle, not accommodating trucks.

Access to the condominium is through a remote 24-hour reception, using facial recognition. In short, there are plenty of options for our dear guests, and the best part is that the entire area is very quiet and safe. Guests will have access to all areas of the property, sharing the access corridor and garage.

As experienced hosts, we will be available to guests full-time, and they can contact us through the Airbnb app, via WhatsApp, or by phone call.

We are completely focused on making our guests' trip the best it can be, always striving to meet expectations. For guests needing transfers to any area of the city, we inform that app drivers easily serve the area where the accommodation is located, with UBER being the fastest. If there is a need to adjust the accommodation to host a group of guests, we can do so as per prior arrangement; we have 18 properties available for seasonal rental in Palmas, which gives us great flexibility for adjustments to better serve our guests.
