Flat Davisis was designed to provide guests with convenience and comfort. Our accommodation is strategically located between the bus station and the airport, facilitating arrival and return, completely equipped, with spacious and comfortable areas.

Flat with two bedrooms with windows facing the garage, corridor, and service area, a double bed, two single beds, split air conditioning in all rooms, a shared bathroom with an electric shower, a spacious living room with a two-seater sofa, a 32" smart TV with streaming access, a compact kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and other kitchen utensils, a service area with a manual sink, clothesline, and a covered garage with solar panels accommodating light vehicles, sedan limit.

We have a monitoring system with cameras in the external areas of the property, an alarm, and sensors to ensure the best security for all guests.

Our access corridor and garage are shared with other guests.

We are strategically located near the airport, bus station, Catholic universities, and Ulbra, as well as Atacadão and Assai Atacadista, just 15 km from the city center of Palmas, with quick access via Teotônio Segurado Avenue or TO 050 highway.

Just a few meters away, we have a bakery, restaurant, and local markets. If you prefer a larger market, Assai Atacadista is approximately 1.5 km away.

App drivers easily serve the area of our accommodation, with UBER being the fastest option.

Tour agencies for Jalapão usually pick up and drop off guests. Due to our location, guests save on transportation to the airport.
