Flat Davisis was designed to provide guests with convenience and comfort. Our accommodation is strategically located between the bus station and the airport, making arrival and departure easier. It is fully equipped, with spacious and comfortable areas.

The flat has two bedrooms with windows facing the garage, hallway, and service area, a double bed, two single beds, split air conditioning in all rooms, a shared bathroom with an electric shower, a large living room with a two-seater sofa, a 32" smart TV with streaming access, a compact kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and other kitchen utensils, a service area with a manual sink, drying rack, and a covered garage with solar panels accommodating light vehicles, sedan limit.

We have a monitoring system with cameras in the external areas of the property, an alarm, and sensors to ensure the best security for all guests.

Our access corridor and garage are shared with other guests.

We are strategically located near the airport, bus station, Catholic universities, and Ulbra, as well as Atacadão and Assai Atacadista, just 15 km from the city center of Palmas, with quick access via Teotônio Segurado Avenue or TO 050 highway.

Just a few meters away, we have a bakery, restaurant, and local markets. If you prefer a larger market, Assai Atacadista is approximately 1.5 km away.

App drivers easily service the area of our accommodation, with UBER being the fastest option.
