Cozy and Beautiful, this four-bedroom, three-bath house has everything you need for your stay. It is located in an amazing resort with top amenities. The property has a private pool and all the equipment for a comfortable stay, including two themed rooms for the little ones of the family.

You will have access FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE to the RESORT clubhouse with full amenities like a gym, tennis court, and water park. It is optional if you want to use the resort amenities, and you should be paid directly at the resort club.

This property offers Privacy, security, and comfort in one place.

The house has four bedrooms, one of which is downstairs. All bedrooms have TVs, and there is also one TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has basic cooking utensils. You can enjoy the private pool and relax without leaving the house. Also, the property has a crib and high chair available.

The community has amazing facilities if you want to relax and enjoy yourself without leaving the area. Five minutes away from the community, you will find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the Champions Gate area.

This is a gated community; you will have free parking space in front of the house.

We provided basic amenities for your check-in (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc). There is a Publix 5 minutes away for grocery shopping.

NOTICE:

If you want to use the amenities, there is an extra cost (resort fee) charged at the entrance of the clubhouse; the cost is 37 USD for the group and grants access during the entire stay.

- BBQ Grill: 70 USD per stay
