Wrap-up your night settled on the plush sofas streaming your favorite movies & shows or soaking in your private plunge pool. This penthouse has it all!

THE SPACE
Set on a quiet street in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, you are just steps away from the bustling city center & boardwalk (Malecon) AND a 30-minute walk to the famous Zona Romantica neighborhood and Los Muertos beaches and beach clubs. The unit is also conveniently close to the main thoroughfare (Francisco Medina Ascencio Blvd), which is helpful when getting around town or to the airport.

The newly constructed penthouse is perfect whether you are here on holiday or work. Once inside the unit, you'll appreciate the stunning views and spaciousness of the space. When you are not out sight-seeing or working, you can unwind and relax watching the sunset from your private terrace (with full ocean views), swimming in the rooftop infinity pool, or sunbathing on a chaise lounge. If you are here for work, there is a small dedicated space in the bedroom, with ocean and mountain views.

Each bedroom looks out on to the mountains and has a King-sized bed, with a high-quality mattress. There are also large closets and lots of shelves in each room.

There is a full kitchen and dining area with a large dining table, large center island and separate prep area & sink. If you love to cook, this place is for you! There is a full-sized refrigerator, induction stove-up, oven (small), full-size sink, and prep sink. There is also a coffee machine, microwave (small), and blender. We also provide all the basics needed in the kitchen, including cooking pots & pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. A few laundry detergent sheets are provided for your convenience.

On the rooftop (common area), the pool deck has chaise lounges and umbrellas so that you can sunbathe and enjoy the pool and ocean views. The infinity pool is heated year-round and is great for doing laps (35 - 40 ft). There is also some common area seating and tables on the backside (but with mountain views) and a steam room.

There are also lots of great dining options just within a few blocks. There are also several food delivery options for those nights you don't want to cook or go out.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the penthouse unit and attached terrace areas. Please note that there is a third room in the unit which the owners use as their storage room. This room is off limits to our guests.
