Five Flags Retreat is the perfect spot for your family vacation or work trip to Pensacola, Florida. Our home is a comfortable getaway with lots of room for your family and friends to gather. Spread out with 4 bedrooms, a bonus family room, and a separate office — or spend quality time together in the open dining room, living room & kitchen. Bring your fur family to enjoy the large fenced-in backyard. A quick drive to downtown (6 miles), the beach (14 miles), NAS (10 miles) and area hospitals.

Known as the "City of Five Flags" Pensacola is a beautiful historic town. Our spacious home captures a bit of historic Pensacola and southern charm. It features four bedrooms and sleeps 8-10. The master suite has it's own full bathroom and a sitting room which also opens onto the covered patio; this room offers extra sleeping space on the sofa bed. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The large upstairs bedroom features a queen bed on one side and a cute spot to get comfortable with a book or games. If you are visiting for work, you'll appreciate the office, complete with desk, wi-fi and wireless printer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table which seats 8.

Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in the large fenced-in yard featuring a fire pit, propane grill, covered outdoor dining area (table for 6 with a fan!), patio seating and yard games. If you prefer inside, you'll be entertained with two smart TVs, wi-fi, books and board games. Veteran owned and operated.

A native of North Carolina, our wonderful lake community was our primary home for fifteen years. Now as a retired military family, and self employed, we split time between our homes in NC and FL. Crowe's Nest, our lakefront vacation home near Sanford, NC, is pet-friendly and close to Fort Bragg for military families, not far from Pinehurst for golf enthusiasts, and a wonderful place to be outside and reconnect with family. Guests enjoy amazing sunsets, lake fun with kayak and canoe, and a comfortable, welcoming, custom home.
In Pensacola, Five Flags Retreat is a spacious, pet-friendly, 4 bedroom home with a large back yard. Just minutes from Downtown Pensacola, close to NAS, and 13 short miles to the white sands of Pensacola Beach, you can enjoy all the area has to offer. After your busy day, retreat back to the comfort of Five Flags for dinner on the grill.

Getting around

We're located just a few minutes from I-10, 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola, 20 minutes to the white sand and beautiful waters of Pensacola Beach. You can also be at NAS Pensacola in less than 30 minutes (ask about our military discount!). This home is conveniently located and within 5 miles of all three major hospitals. Driving is your best bet to get around the area, but Uber and Lyft are usually available as an alternative. We're also only a few miles from the airport.

House Rules

- Signed vacation rental agreement and ID are required. Must be at least 23 to book (AD military please message host for exception). All guests names and ages should be included on vacation rental agreement.
- Same day booking & check-in not allowed. Check-in is 3 PM or after. Check-out is no later than 11 AM. Please remember, we are on Central time!
- NO SMOKING or Vaping allowed.
- NO parties or events. This home is perfect for families and is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. We want our guests to have fun but Excessive Noise disturbing our neighbors will not be tolerated.
- Pet-friendly upon advance approval and $50 PER PET fee. Please clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash when outside of the house or backyard. Pet cannot be left unattended. See Pet Rules for additional info.
- Exterior security cameras are at entrances to the home. Do not touch. Tampering with or disabling of cameras will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
- Please no food or beverages (other than water) in the bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please make sure to close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
*Strict Cancellation Policy. No refunds due to weather unless our area is an evacuation zone. We recommend you have your own trip insurance.*

No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 14-30 days before arrival. 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.

Notes

Signed Vacation Rental Agreement and ID are required. The names of all guests staying on the property are required. We provide linens for all the beds, a towel set for each registered guest, and a starter set of paper products and cleaning products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent) that will NOT be replenished during your stay. Our home is convenient to many grocery stores (Publix, Fresh Market, Walmart, BJs) that offer curbside pickup. Have a larger family and need an air bed set up? Please ask us. Check-out instructions will be in the house, but include emptying the fridge and freezer of your items, doing the dishes, and taking out trash & recyclables to the outdoor bins. *Security cameras are located on the exterior of the house at the entrances.
