Calypso House -East Hill -5 minutes from Downtown - 9 Miles from the Beach! Dog Friendly!

Enjoy staying in Pensacola's most convenient location, the unique, historical, East Hill neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, & Just 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, 2 Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away. We offer Fast Fiber Internet and Wifi, a 55” LED Smart TV with You Tube TV streaming, plus you can use your own streaming accounts, USB outlets can be found throughout. Laundry machines are provided. This is a cozy home with plenty of room for your family. You'll have the whole home except one locked supply closet and no use of the garage. The home is furnished with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a Daybed with trundle (2 twins) in the sunroom, which also has the laundry equipment. This is a great space for 2 children to sleep. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6, with a preference of no more than 4 adults (for your comfort). A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. You'll have exclusive use of the backyard, and patio table with seating. This home has no dishwasher or disposal but we provide everything needed to wash by hand, and disposable plates/cups if desired.

Dogs are welcome but we can not host cats due to allergies. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

We also offer a beach package for rent, separate from the house. It includes 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a 16 Qt cooler on wheels, 2 sand pails, and 2 boogie boards for $40 rent for your entire stay. Please let me know if you'd like that and I'll have it delivered to the house before your arrival. Please let us know if you want this and it will be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. It is offered as an option in the fees section.

Monthly Rentals (28 Nights) require a $1000 refundable damage deposit, a $250 Cleaning Fee, and a lease.
