The home is located in the coveted Blueberry Hill area, at the corner of one of Taos’ main paved roads. No 4WD or long-distance drive on dirt or gravel, spine-jolting roads is involved! Home sits high on a 5-acre lot with privacy fence. Home is 5.5 miles from Taos Plaza and a quick, easy drive to restaurants, shops, sights, and outdoor recreational activities including fly fishing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, skiing, snow boarding, white water rafting, and golfing.

The first master bedroom is complete with a wood-burning fireplace and an en suite bath with double sinks. The 2nd master bedroom also sports an en suite full bath with double sinks. Both en suite baths have large walk-in shower for easy, convenient access. The 3rd bathroom is located next door to 3rd bedroom, and it has a bathtub and shower combo.

The spacious 21' x 25' great room truly speaks to quality family time as it provides multiple seating areas and a collection of table games for the young and old.

The house has an ideal chef's kitchen: it is equipped with LG appliances in slick, black stainless steel. The kitchen also provides all sorts of cookware, cooking utensils and serving dishes for any size meal sharing. The laundry room is outfitted with state of the art washer and dryer, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms come with luxurious linens and towels.
