The space
This is a unique, three-level cabin perched on a bluff with stunning views of the Tantalus Mountain Range. The setting is private and surrounded by forest and crown land to the east, offering total seclusion and a true escape into nature. 25 minute drive to Downtown Squamish

💧The cabin’s water is sourced from the mountain streams above the property—pure snowmelt and glacier-fed water, piped and filtered directly into the home for drinking and everyday use.
📶 Connectivity: Cell service can be limited in this area, the cabin is equipped with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi for fast and stable internet access and phone-calls
🚗 Parking: Space is available for up to 5 vehicles at the base of the stairs/tram.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire three-level cabin.

Entry to the cabin is via funicular (cablecar lift) or a covered stairway with 120 steps.

Shared outdoor spaces include the ground-level lawn, gardens, and a tucked-away fire pit nestled by old-growth cedar trees with a seasonal natural waterfall feature.

While guests have full access to the main house on the bluff, please respect that the ground/garden-level garage/workshop building along with the suite above is private and off-limits.

Other things to note
This home is nestled among steep natural rock formations, offering a beautiful and distinctive natural setting. Safe and secure access is provided to the main house, with guardrails and appropriate safety features in place around exterior walkways and structural edges.

Due to the natural terrain and multi-level layout, children and pets must be supervised at all times while on the property.

While every precaution has been taken to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please note that due to the rural location and older construction, the occasional mouse or insect may be present. Mousetraps are discreetly placed on the premises as a precaution, and guests are advised to use care—especially with pets and small children.

To help reduce the likelihood of attracting wildlife indoors, it is kindly recommend not to leave food out overnight.

There is a wall projector with a USB-C connector to watch wall size films via your devices.

LIABILITY WAIVER CLAUSE:

By booking this listing, you (the guest) acknowledge and accept that you are staying in a rural, nature-based environment and do so entirely at your own risk. The property features natural elements such as wildlife, a flowing river, steep rock formations, and uneven terrain, as well as man-made structures including long staircases and a cablecar lift. These conditions may present hazards, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries, particularly if not approached with caution.

The cablecar lift is to be used only as specifically instructed and at your sole discretion. The host accepts no liability for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that may occur on the property or while using any of its natural or constructed features.

As a guest, you agree to take full responsibility for your personal safety and for the safety of all members of your party, including children and pets. Caution, appropriate supervision, and responsible behavior are required at all times. The host strongly advises against the use of drugs or alcohol while on the premises, as impairment can significantly increase the risk of injury.
