Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.

This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the HYDE beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

👥 Guest Policy:
The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It is equipped with all essentials for a short-term stay. For any additional items, nearby supermarkets and shops are available to meet your personal preferences and needs. No parties or additional overnight guests are allowed.

🔑 Check-In Method:
When you arrive, you will check in with the hotel receptionist, who will guide you through the first steps of your stay. For your convenience, three days before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information on how to access the property and make your check-in process seamless.

Guests must be 21 or older to book and stay at the property.

💳 Resort Fee and Security Deposit:
A resort fee of $30 + tax per night is payable directly at check-in. This includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. A $250 security deposit will be held by the front desk to cover any incidents in common areas. It will be released after check-out and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
✅ Resort fee and deposit required at check-in. Credit card and ID must match the name on the reservation or accompanying guest. All guests must sign a check-in form upon arrival.
