This is one of 15 units in downtown Madison. The building is a recently restored 1929 Georgian Revival Building. The first floor has an oyster bar. Residents who stay less than a month park at the Wilson Street public parking ramp for a daily fee.

However, being the heart of the City also means:

-nearby construction (there is building and road construction)

-city noises like garbage trucks

-paid parking a few minute walk away

Info on construction: The City of Madison’s noise ordinance allows construction work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on Sundays. Outside these hours, equipment like hammers, saws, and compressors is prohibited. Lighter activity may begin beforehand.

Living in a historically renovated unit means:

-no elevators

-radiator heat (recently updated) and window ac units (cool the space down nicely)

Most people who live at The Wilson stay there for at least a month, so our goal is to house people who can be respectful to those working and sleeping in the building.

We provide a code for getting in the building and information on how to do self check in.

We live nearby and are available to answer any questions or pop over. We also host monthly tenant get togethers for tenants to get to know others.

Unfortunately we will not be able to accept over airbnb guests who do not have previous reviews. However, even if you don't have airbnb reviews, you can apply through us. Please reach out. Paid parking is available in a nearby parking ramp. One well behaved dog is allowed. We allow well-behaved dogs but not cats. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.
