This clean, remodeled, no-smoking unit has a Queen bed in the bedroom, & 2 twin beds OR KING bed in the living room, for the ability to comfortably sleep 4 people. 86" HDTV with many apps to watch Netflix, Pluto, Amazon Prime Video, addtl apps & over 900 LG stations. The twin beds in the living room can be pushed together to make a king size bed, if interested in making it into a king size bed please let me know when booking so that I can prepare it for you ahead of time. Located on the 2nd floor this condo overlooks the intersection of Peachtree & Baker. Instead of being way up above everything, it really feels like you're right in the heart of the city. This is a NO SMOKING unit and does NOT have a balcony. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if it is evident that the unit was smoked in during your stay (smoke smell, ashes, damage, etc). When you book this unit you are agreeing that you have read the house rules and are in agreement. The bar is for Cocktails but NOT ciggys. Just like you stepped back in time but without the smoke!

I strive to provide a 5 star place for you to enjoy. I take pride in providing a clean unit with clean sheets, and towels. I also like to provide guests with extra little conveniences, like waters in the fridge, extras that you may have forgotten; like tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, flossers, shaving cream, rain ponchos. etc.

I also offer a guaranteed early check-in option. Will you be arriving to Atlanta earlier than 4pm and like to check-in early? You can secure a guaranteed early check-in for a small fee of $30 and if available I will block off that time period so that you won't be stuck holding your bags or trying to figure out where to park until the regular 4pm check-in time. Please inquire as soon as possible when booking to get the early check-in time reserved.
Late check-outs are also available, just inquire ahead of time so I can check availability and block off the time for you.

LOCATION:
Peachtree Towers condominium building is located directly IN the heart of Downtown Atlanta. You’ll be in the center of the city’s energy — steps from attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.

Downtown Atlanta is a major metropolitan area, and like cities such as New York City, Los Angeles or Chicago, it offers excitement, diversity, and convenience — along with the realities of urban living.

As with any major metropolitan area, guests should expect normal urban activity, including traffic, occasional sirens, street noise, and a vibrant street presence. This is not a quiet suburban setting — it’s authentic city living.

Guest access
You'll have the whole 1 bedroom condo to yourselves. Much better than a hotel room because you will have a complete kitchen, full refrigerator, range, microwave, cookware, dishes, etc. and a spacious living room, huge TV, in addition to the dining table you can sit at the bar.

The reserved parking space is only 50 feet away from the entrance to the basement of the Peachtree Towers building, in the open lot next to the building in the monthly parking section. Detailed instructions with address of lot, space number, and photos will be sent on the morning of check-in.

I want to make sure to provide you with a 5 star experience and make sure that you have everything that you need.

The condo will be fully stocked with enough towels, including hand towels and wash clothes, and black make-up towels. There will be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. There is also a train case in the bedroom closet with additional items such as rain ponchos, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, mouthwash, nail files, hair ties, Bobby pins, safety pins, things that you may have forgot, available for you if you just booked last minute on a whim and didn't have time to pack! The condo is stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Also, a blow dryer and iron.

There are washing machines and dryers in the basement available for your use, they accept credit cards.

Oh and also there are various types of firmness of pillows including contoured memory foam, thick and fluffy pillows, thinner pillows, I try to make sure that you can find one that suits your specific needs. There are four on the bed in the bedroom but there are also extras in the closet across from the bathroom. There are also dark colored pillow cases available in the closet in case you have hair that is dyed and you want to make sure that you don't stain the pillows.

This is a mid century themed condo so please keep in mind that furnishings may not be brand new (although some are new reproductions), and may show some wear and tear as mid century items are not brand new, but please help me to preserve these vintage pieces. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your stay. The condo has recently been remodeled, with new ceiling fans installed (please note the remotes do not remove from the wall.)
