Disney Forest was fully remodeled with new decor and furniture. We are nine miles from Magic Kingdom between ChampionGates and Four Corners.
It is spacious, fully furnished, well-equipped, and accommodates twelve.
We have five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a theater, and a game room. In addition, there is the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, family room, screened pool/spa, and fully fenced patio.

PARKING
The house has a driveway accommodating two cars, and street parking on one side is allowed.

BBQ GRILL
Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. Please bring charcoal if you are planning to use it.

HOUSE DISTRIBUTION
Guests will have access to the entire house except for one closet under the stairs.

The villa has 600mbps high-speed wireless unlimited internet access, although you must provide your laptop/tablet. We also offer an office desk with a chair and suitable outlets if you want to use your laptop comfortably.

The villa is located at Windwood Bay, a quiet upmarket development with wide palm tree-lined roads surrounded by conservation land and wetlands.

It is situated just off Ronald Regan Parkway (CR54), just 2 miles from the Interstate 4/Champions Gate, and within 10 minutes of the US192 and the US27. It offers an ideal base with the gates of Walt Disney World being under 12 minutes drive away and shopping facilities and restaurants only minutes down the road.

Other theme parks can easily be accessed from 1-4. SeaWorld is approximately a 20-minute drive: universal is 25 minutes, Busch Gardens 1 hour. Also, LegoLand is about 35 minutes away, and Kennedy Space Center is just over an hour away.

There are 3 International airports in less than 1.5 hours: Orlando (MCO), Sanford (SNB), and Tampa (TPA)

You can find beach/pool towels in the laundry room.
We cannot provide kitchen condiments as we choose to practice health and safety precautions. I appreciate your understanding.
