Make your Orlando, Florida vacation one to remember with our 6-bedroom, 5-bath Davenport vacation home!  Our family loves this gated community and resort, and yours will too!  Our spacious Solterra Resort 3250 square foot home boasts a sleek modern style, multiple entertainment spaces, and a private lanai along with world-class resort amenities.

Relax in the screen enclosed private south-facing pool and spa at home, or in the heated resort pools, and lazy river.  There's a gym, game room, tennis court, soccer field, kids playground, and other family-friendly fun activities.

7 minutes to Champions Gate for restaurants and shops.  Work remotely from this resort with 3 laptop desk in different bedrooms in the house.  Relax at home, away from the resort traffic and have it all with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Disney Parks, ~15 miles from the house.

THE PROPERTY

All-inclusive family vacation at the Solterra Resort complete with access to kid-friendly resort amenities, at-home luxuries, and child-care supplies, perfect for a day in Disney World or Universal Studios or just relax at your private home in this new resort.

2nd floor bedrooms:

HEATED SPA at the home, included in the reservation.  

HEATED RESORT POOL: Community heated pool in cooler months, hot tub, lazy river, waterslide and cabanas.  Operated by Solterra Resort.  

RESORT AMENITIES:. Fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, playground, poolside cafe, clubhouse.  Resort club house is 0.1 mile from backyard, less then a 5 minute walk. Tennis rackets, tennis balls, and pool volleyball available for complementary use at the clubhouse.  Game room w/ billiards, foosball & ping pong.

RESORT FEE: The resort clubhouse collects $35 plus tax from the guest, covering up to 12 people for the entire reservation stay. This is required for access to clubhouse facilities mentioned above. i.e. resort pool, gym..

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private south facing pool and spa in backyard  (Spa is heated as part of the reservation), enclosed screened-in lanai, 6 seater bench dining table. New Weber propane grill.

SPA HEAT at the house is included

* The spa water for the outside hot tub comes with heat, and is included in the reservation. Spa water heats up to 101 degrees

* The private pool at the house can be heated to 85 - 87  degrees for an additional fee. The minimum fee for POOL HEAT at the house is $455 plus tax, covering up to 7 nights. $45 each additional night

CLEANING AND HOUSE UPDATES

* Our cleaners work hard, please be kind. We have a great place. Fully deep cleaned the house, including deep clean and shampoo of all carpets and furniture every 3 months

* Added 5 new sofas. 3 in the first floor TV room next to the pool patio. 2 new lounge sofas in first floor living room.

* 2 new office desks in each of the 2 master bedrooms. Perfect for remote working

* 2 new quality lounge chairs on pool deck

HOUSE RULES

* CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM.  One (1) hour early check-in at no charge is possible.  CHECK-OUT: Checkout is 10AM

* Follow CHECK-OUT list

* NO EVENTS, parties or large gatherings in excess of the max guests allowed for in the reservation

* NO SMOKING on property

* Follow PET POLICY

* Place trash in front door container for daily pick-up

PET POLICY 

* Well behaved DOGS with responsible owners are welcome.  No cats, sorry

* $250 fee per dog for the reservation.  Request approval from host if there is more than 1 dog

* Additional $250 refundable pet security deposit is collected at the time of reservation

* Please clean up after dog hair. Dogs not allowed on any furniture or carpeted second floor! 

HOUSE - things to know

* CAMERA: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior surveillance camera outside the front door, facing the street.

* PHOTO ID required at the security gate check-in

* This is a SELF CATERING stay provided by a family owner

* Propane tank for grill is provided.  Reservation does not include propane refills
