WORK, COOK & UNWIND
The spacious, open-plan living area offers room to spread out during the day and relax in the evening. A desk and monitor are available by advance request so we can set them up before your arrival; they are not permanently set out.
Prepare everyday meals in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoy breakfast at the roomy counter, or gather around the dining table. A washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.

COZY EVENINGS & YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB
Enjoy the private seven-person hot tub year-round. Inside, central heating keeps the home comfortable. Get cozy for a movie or explore the closet full of board and card games for an evening around the table. There’s plenty of seating to spend time together or settle in with a book.

VIEWS & FRESH AIR
Take in the water views from the covered lower deck. When weather and conditions allow, enjoy sunsets and stargazing from the rooftop deck.

EXPLORE ON YOUR DAYS OFF
Enjoy fishing opportunities in the Columbia River/Priest Rapids Lake area, with a boat launch nearby and on-property space to park your boat. Check current fishing regulations and conditions when planning your outing.
Explore wineries within a 40–60-minute drive, or enjoy nearby parks and recreation. A golf course and tennis and pickleball courts are within a few blocks. Outdoor activities depend on weather and seasonal schedules; check winery hours and tasting reservations before heading out.

Bedroom 2: one queen bed.
Bedroom 3: a bunk bed with two twin/single beds, plus a single trundle.
Living room: a double sofa bed.
The home accommodates up to eight guests.
Parking includes one garage space and additional on-property space for a vehicle or boat.

YOUR STAY
Enjoy the home, private hot tub, covered lower deck, and on-property parking. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Parking includes one garage space and additional space for a vehicle or boat. The owner’s refrigerator in the garage remains locked. Rooftop deck use depends on weather and conditions.

SUMMER COMMUNITY POOL
The community pool is seasonal and is closed for fall and winter. It is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Before arrival, we will add the Airbnb reservation name to the pool list. That guest must bring a member card and ID to pool check-in and may bring up to four guests. For additional guests, provide another guest name on the reservation by 9:00 AM Wednesday before your stay. A second member card is required for up to four additional guests.

Pool admission is $4 per person per day, payable by cash or card at check-in. Replacement of a lost member card costs $25.

Other things to note
The attached garage includes a locked owner’s refrigerator. Yard games, chairs, a hammock, loungers, and grills are available for your enjoyment; outdoor use depends on weather and conditions.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, deck, garage door, and back door.

This is a single-story home with short steps at each entry. Entry lighting is timed to be on after dark. Please take care on outdoor steps and decks during winter weather.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability.
