~All confirmed reservations, require an e-signed short term agreement, credit card authorization for security deposit hold authorization ($600) with a copy of the card, and ID verification for all Guests over 18 years of age, for access to the property. Id and credit card must match.

~Oct -Nov 2026 Join in! ALL listing platforms-New rules, lots of questions and funny stuff! By the way, we have never asked guests to clean our homes:) Oh the fun we are navigating and so much conflicting information in the public. So...Relevant platform terms of service apply (we think this will align with their new requirements, but who knows, it could change tomorrow!)
