Cool down in the lux custom shower, then settle in for a movie night or hit the town to enjoy dinner, shopping and music on the Ave..
It is the perfect spot to retreat and only steps from the energy, dining, and charm that names Delray Beach, The Village by the Sea!

The restaurants in the area are endless, but when you need a night in, your kitchen is fully stocked for a homemade meal and if you need a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, food prep area and food storage space look no further. Silverware, dishes, bowls, coffee cups, water, and wine glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, corkscrew, can opener, cooking utensils, basic spices, dish towels, food storage containers and more are all supplied. Small appliances include, a Keurig coffee maker, a Drip coffee maker with filters, a 2-slice toaster and a blender.

A dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 4 comfortably. The island countertop offers a bonus seating area for 2 and doubles as a workspace for those that need to catch up in between their morning coffee and a walk on the beach.

Security deposit is automatically forfeited and will be charged to the card on file for unreported additional guests. Stays greater than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $120

By the way, we have never asked guests to clean our homes:) Oh the fun we are navigating and so much conflicting information in the public. So...Relevant platform terms of service apply (we think this will align with their new requirements, but who knows, it could change tomorrow!) It's always important to remember guests have choices where to book their stay. Hospitality is everything, On Hospitality Time is coming soon!

* Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require adequate prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**
* Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.
* As of 10/25/2025 A*r* nb fees are built into the nightly price you see. We have no control over their rate and the pricing is set based on the new "host only model". The cleaning fee is also included in the nightly rate and A*r* nb collects 15.5% on the total. V*r*o collects 12% on the total. Discretionary/PBC/State of FL Taxes ~ 12% mandated on all booking platforms. All stays more than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $90.00 separate from the booking total of the booking.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are NOT guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Check in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM Please be courteous.
Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction, if any. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals, OBT Management and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

While we love our fur babies and yours, our HOA does not permit our Guests to have pets.

Service animals require proof of vaccination, check up w/in the last 30 days and letter from licensed medical or mental health provider.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.

Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.

A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.

Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
Violations of the Service Animal policy will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.
