This quaint single-story bungalow is steps to the beach and has plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The roof deck is a standout feature with 360 degree views of Silver Strand and the ocean. A firepit and spacious lounge furniture make this an incredible property. Start your day with coffee on the roof or end it with a sunset and glass of wine to finish your day.

King bedroom has a closet, dresser and an ensuite bathroom.
Queen bedroom has a closet and dresser and sliding door to the back patio.
Twin bedroom has two twins and a closet.

Bathrooms:
The main bathroom is in the hallway and has a full shower/tub combination.
The second bathroom is an ensuite within the King bedroom.

Kitchen/Dining:
An open concept design, you have a full kitchen with stainless appliances plus coffee maker and essentials.
The dining table seats 8 and is located within the kitchen area.

Living Room:
The living room is adjacent to the Kitchen/Dining area and has a sofa sleeper, several lamps on end tables and a love seat plus ottoman. The Smart Tv sits atop an electric fireplace.

Front Entrance:
You will enter through a lattice gate into an enclosed front patio where there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella for 4.

Parking:
The Garage is for one regular car It houses the washer and dryer and wagon with beach chairs and umbrella.
There is a driveway were you can park a second car. Directly in front of the house is a space with a No Parking sign. You can snug up to the house in that space as we put the sign to keep tourists from parking in front of the house.
