Tucked beneath the trees in North Seattle, this private 2BR home gives you a peaceful place to recharge while keeping the best of Seattle within easy reach.

Put on a favorite record, settle in for a movie, enjoy coffee outside, or head down to Thornton Creek and listen to the water. In the evening, fire up the BBQ or gather around the creek side fire pit beneath the trees.

🏡 A Comfortable Home Base

This single-level 2BR/1BA home sleeps up to 4 and is ideal for couples, small families, friends or extended stays.

This home is also offered as a 3BR. When booked as the 2BR option, the third bedroom is simply locked and unavailable. You’ll still have private use of the remainder of the home and all its amenities.

The living room is made for relaxing, with comfortable seating, a 60" Smart TV, record player and sound system, plus a collection of vinyl, DVDs, books and games.

Both queen bedrooms feature memory foam hybrid mattresses, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets for a comfortable night’s sleep.

One bedroom includes a Smart TV and vanity area, while the other offers a dedicated workspace, making the home equally comfortable for vacation or remote work.

The fully equipped kitchen has what you need for everyday cooking, whether it’s a quick breakfast or dinner at home.

Enjoy your morning coffee, then gather around the dining table with seating for six for meals, games or conversation.

The home features hard-surface flooring throughout and 32"+ doorways for easier mobility. Grab bars are available, and a raised toilet seat and shower chair can be provided with advance notice.

The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Your private covered patio and BBQ area gives you a comfortable outdoor space of your own.

Beyond it, the fully fenced shared backyard leads to Thornton Creek, where you can relax beside the water, gather around the fire pit or enjoy our forest-bathing and yoga area among the trees.
