Spacious (1900 sq ft) 4-bedroom home in the beautiful and gated resort of Paradise Palms, just 6 miles/10 minutes from Disney World Property. This is the perfect home for your Florida Vacation. It is beautifully decorated throughout with modern furnishings, bright color and that added touch of “Disney Magic”. Private plunge pool area gives you the space needed to relax after the excitement of the parks, with a covered lanai for outdoor seating year-round. This fun room will be a favorite for the kids (but everyone will appreciate the incredible hand-painted mural)! Pirates Mickey and Minnie have sailed the seas and found the hidden treasure! A remote control will allow the kids to choose which color to light the headboards and accentuate the mural at night. The room carries the theme throughout with many extra touches and includes a large closet, bedside table, dresser and flat screen TV.

INDOOR: The clubhouse features a 50-seat theater, which shows 3 movies per day, a fitness center and sauna, game room and convenience store. OUTDOOR: The resort pool area includes large pool with waterslide, waterfalls and other water features; splash pad, 2 hot tub spas and a poolside bar and grill. Adjacent to the pool deck area are the tennis/pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, as well as a playground. These resort amenities are all within a couple hundred feet of our front door.

The kids will enjoy our themed pirate room as well as the private pool with children's fencing for safety. The sliding door to the pool is armed with an alarm and auto-close. Please bring life vests/floaties that will help your children stay safe with adult supervision at all times.

We have one designated parking space with additional non-designated parking spaces available. Each car needs to be registered with us as only those vehicles will be allowed through security and on to the property.

Getting around

Disney property is a quick 6 miles by using Avalon to Western Way or you can access I-4. Easy access to Highways 27 to 192 and I-4.
Shopping, restaurants and fast food are in abundance within a 1-5 mile radius.
Island H20 water park and Margaritaville's Sunset Walk within 4 miles.

We are a Nebraska family that has always loved Disney. We took family vacations to the Orlando area almost annually when our two children were young. Now those two children have married and have children of their own.

Our love for Disney is still strong and we love Florida in general. We try to go several times a year now and needed a central location for our time there. We enjoy the Gulf and Atlantic beaches, approx. 1- 1.5 hours for our home, day visits to Sarasota, Tampa Bay and smaller towns around the Orlando area.

Of course, the fact that we are 10 minutes to Disney was the major factor we chose this location. We have so many options now during our visits, which always include the ability to cook and eat at the house, saving $$ for entertainment. Sharing our home with friends, family and those we have yet to meet is exciting to us. We had the need to find more affordable accommodations for our family and we feel that others have that same need. Now we (and YOU) have it at CR Getaway!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 12AM (midnight)

You will receive a door code to access the house. Check in and check out times are due to the cleaning crew making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well as those arriving after your stay.

Maximum occupancy

Our maximum guest is 8 but may be 10 if there are 2 or more very littles!

House Rules

We are excited to share our home with your family. A few house rules:

No glass outside of the house, plastic-ware is supplied for use in the pool area
No food or beverages in the bedrooms
Absolutely no swimming in any of the resort water-ways, ponds, lakes, etc.
We respectfully ask that you do not put suitcases on the beds, this results in damaging the bed coverings
Reservation will result in one registered car on property, if you will have more than one vehicle, please let us know in advance so we may update the security system for entrance to the resort
No parties or non-registered guests, no smoking, vaping or drug use on property, doing so will result in loss of damage deposit and an immediate end of your stay
Outside camera and property manager will monitor for illicit activity
Trash must fit in a bag inside the bench on front porch, citations and fines are given if trash is left outside the bench
We have installed a sliding door pool alarm to help keep all of our guests safe. Disconnecting the alarm is not allowed

For your safety: please remember where there is water in Florida, expect alligators to be also. Other wildlife is also to be expected, coyotes, raccoons, snakes are common. Less common but possible are bob-cats, bears and panthers.

Payment Policy

$250 reservation deposit will hold your reservation when booking more than 60 days out. Within 60 days, total reservation amount is due. Please check cancellation policy for details regarding changing dates or cancelling.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Your damage deposit will be returned within approximately one week of check out. Our property manager and cleaning crew will report any damages.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival but a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Bookings within 30 days are not refundable and must be paid in full. If you have a true emergency please contact us with details and as much notice as possible and we will try to move your reservation. If you want to move the dates of your reservation, please contact us to see if that is possible. However, there will be no partial refunds so you will need to book the same number of nights (or more) and may pay a difference due to seasonal costs.
