If you want to be a few blocks away from the beach and be able to walk to many tourist attractions, then this condo is one of the best & affordable choices.
Things to keep in mind:
This is an older condo building with portable AC and a window AC in one bedroom. On the hottest days of summer, the condo can get cooled to 76 degrees. Please do not expect central AC coolness. Being so close to the water, having the windows open also helps cool the unit.
Parking is street only and can be limited during certain times of the day. Free transportation is provided by City of Long Beach.
While the condo living space is 1 level, there are stairs to get upstairs to the unit once you enter from the street front door.
For those used to city living, having a condo building that's on the street won't cause any culture shock. If you are not used to living in an urban city environment, please be aware of that we cannot be responsible for street noise or people living nearby.

Once you enter the condo, you'll take the stairs up to the unit. There is no access to the storage room on the ground level.
The building is over 100 years old. Although the electrical panel has been upgraded, plugging in too many modern appliances at one time in any one area of the apartment (e.g. the kitchen) may trip the circuit breaker. Using one appliance at a time in the kitchen is best.
Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Truvi, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest. Failure to complete the process successfully will result in a reservation cancelation.
