Welcome to our direct booking website. Bookmark us! Our relaxing 3-bedroom home is located in the walkable, family-friendly Long Beach neighborhood of Los Altos. Minutes from parks, beaches, Disneyland, CSULB and the Southern California Food Allergy Institute (SCFAI). Sunny Los Altos is the perfect place to enjoy all that Long Beach has to offer. The home features modern amenities to make your visit convenient and comfortable, including:

The 3-bedroom home is a great place to relax and unwind. With its spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room, and well-equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and plush linens. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with blackout curtains and a pack n play in the closet if needed. The third bedroom/office has twin bunk beds.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. With a cozy swivel loveseat and a large couch, you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie. The dining room has seating for six and a backyard view.

No pets allowed and all animals must be disclosed in advance due to health reasons. Undisclosed animal fee $300.

No pets or animals allowed under any circumstances due to health concerns. All animals must be disclosed.

If anything does not meet your expectations message us so we can attempt to fix. No smoking and no parties.

Payment Policy

50% of cost is collected 14 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is collected 1 day prior to arrival. $250 refundable deposit collected at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Please let us know if anything is damaged or does not work right away so we can attempt to fix. We understand that accidents happen but the security deposit is intended to help future guests have a better experience if they encounter unreported damage.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that unless we are able to re-book.
