Cozy hut in the Ötztal – perfect for groups This charming hut in the Ötztal in Tyrol can accommodate up to 10 people – and even more if desired. It is in a prime location, directly opposite the gondola lift in the Hochoetz ski region.

The hut has five cozy double rooms. Each room is equipped with its own shower and toilet - ideal for privacy and comfort. An additional bed can be added in two rooms upon request. This means you can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

On the ground floor (approx. 54 sqm) and upper floor (approx. 50 sqm) guests have access to a large living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This offers everything you need: 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

Another highlight: the in-house sauna invites you to relax after an active day.

Practical and well thought out

In the basement there is an additional ski cellar with boot dryers. In summer you can park bicycles or strollers there. A bread roll service is also offered in high season.

A separately accessible additional room with a double bed, bathroom and view of the ski lift can be booked for larger groups.

The location is unbeatable: the gondola lift takes you directly to the Hochoetz ski region. In the evening you ski directly to the hut. The free ski bus stops just a few meters away.

In summer you live in the middle of the alpine pastures – surrounded by cows and horses. Hiking trails and summit tours start right outside the front door. There is a large playground for children at the end of the town.

The Hochoetz-Kühtai region impresses with its perfectly groomed slopes, rustic ski huts and family-friendly offerings. There are also many options away from the slopes: tobogganing, snowshoeing, walks or cozy evenings in a hut.
