On the ground floor there is a living and dining area, a large, well-equipped kitchen and a toilet, on the upper floor there are two bright bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds and a view towards the Schlei. There is also a toilet, shower and whirlpool, and in the attic there is a gallery as a further living/sleeping/lounge area, a sauna and a shower.

The highlight of this third floor is certainly the large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the harbor! Due to its unusual size on 3 levels, this house with its two bedrooms and another two comfortable sofa beds on the first and third floors can even accommodate an “extended family” of up to 8 people!

It is only about 300 meters to the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, the marina with a promenade, cafés, restaurants and all the shops you need for your daily needs - this is where the live harbor feeling is the order of the day!
