This cozy 2-bedroom basement apartment has its own private entrance through the backyard, sleeps 5, and sits minutes from Truist Park and Kennesaw Mountain trails. Kitchen with Keurig, 50-inch TV, gas fireplace, dedicated workspace, and washer/dryer for your laundry. Please note: it's a basement unit beneath another rental, so some normal household noise from above is possible — not the best fit for very light sleepers.

The space
Unit #B: bedroom 1 with queen bed; bedroom 2 with queen + single bed; living room with couch. 50-inch TV, gas fireplace, and dedicated workspace with a door. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Individual climate control in each room. Family extras: pack 'n play, outlet covers, board games. Step-free access with a lit path to the entrance.

Guest access
Private entrance under the deck, through the backyard. Easy self check-in with keypad code, sent a few days before arrival along with parking instructions. Free driveway parking.

Other things to note
The upstairs unit may be rented during your stay — please respect quiet hours (11 PM–8 AM) and everyone's privacy. Please note the bathroom is accessed through a bedroom, not a hallway. Exterior cameras by the entrance and driveway; smoke, CO, and noise detectors inside. Dogs live on the premises — please let us know about any allergies.

Our home is tucked in the woods, so an occasional bug may wander in — it's just part of nature here. We take this seriously and keep professional pest control in place.
