Living room with a 55" Roku tv. Kitchen, dining area for 6. Enjoy one of our short-stay reads, cards or games in the reading nook with stocked coffee/tea bar. Caf and Decaf k- cups and hot cocoa packets also provided. 1st floor rust bedroom has a full bed, tv, closet and a corner pet kennel. 1st floor plum bedroom has a queen bed, bench storage and clothing hooks. 2nd floor loft inspired bedroom has a king bed, dresser, clothing hooks, dressing and sitting area. All bedside lamps have charging outlets on the bases of lamps for your convenience. Dedicated workspace and children's area with toys/games on 2nd floor. Fenced private yard, patio, table, chairs, gas grill & propane fire table(seasonal) and yard games. High chair stored in basement. Large dog kennel, dog beds, and laundry area in basement. High speed fiber internet, WiFi, Central heat & A/C.

Guest access
Entire home and private yard. Front or back door entry with your own personal code throughout your stay. Access to back (side) door and backyard through chain link gate in between house and garage. No garage access and one closet in the home is locked for cleaning crew supplies. Wooden gate behind garage is locked and used for yard maintenance only.

Other things to note
Pack-n-play and baby gates in rust bedroom closet if needed for your little ones. Highchair stored in basement. Completely fenced in yard for your children and pets. Two parking spaces available on the driveway as overnight parking on Green Bay city streets is prohibited between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Added safety features include fire blanket in kitchen drawer and fire ladder in the 2nd story dresser. Home also features motion activated lighted staircase to 2nd floor. Park your vehicle(s) at Columbia House and utilize one of the many options available in Green Bay to get around... Uber, Lyft, traditional taxi services or public transportation from Green Bay Metro.
