Once you enter the condo, you'll take the stairs up to the unit. There is no access to the storage room on the ground level.
📝 Other Things to Note
•A refundable $250 deposit hold is required to help prevent sand from being washed into the shower and tub drains and to ensure the drain catcher remains in place. The hold is automatically released 2 days after check-out, pending no damages.
•The building is over 100 years old. Although the electrical panel has been upgraded, plugging in too many modern appliances at one time in any one area of the apartment (e.g. the kitchen) may trip the circuit breaker. Using one appliance at a time in the kitchen is best.
•Street parking only. Availability may be limited during peak hours, but public transportation is conveniently located nearby.
•The condo is accessed by stairs from the street entrance. There is no elevator access.
•The booking guest is required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests to acknowledge the house rules before arrival.
•Guests must also complete a simple verification process through our third-party partner, Happy Guest, which includes complimentary damage protection coverage. Failure to complete the required verification may result in reservation cancellation.
Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged.
