This home is beautiful and roomy! Plenty of bright cheery spaces and a just-remodeled kitchen. The bathrooms have also just been modeled and the mattresses and most furniture is new.

A pool, park, and basketball courts for this small community- so never crowded- less than a block away. Hiking trails along St John's River are 2 blocks away.
There are 2 private suites, (a private bedroom and a private bathroom is a suite), in this home, and 2 additional bedrooms which share a bathroom. This listing is for 1 of the 2 bedrooms that would share a bathroom across the hall. The newly-built bathroom has double sinks and a large shower.

There is an office/study room for all guests to use, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Large closets. We allow a maximum of 6 people in the home, but we have never had more than 5.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a fee.
