Attractively decorated apartments in a small gated complex less than 1 mile from Downtown Visalia, the Convention Center, Kaweah Delta Hospital District, close to Rawhide Stadium. Grocery store, convenience store walking distance.

Fast wifi: 10 upload, 400 download Mbps.

The rate for these apartments is discounted due to the long term stay requirement- a minimum of 30 days. All bills included, (maximum electricity bill $100).
Most tenants of these units are medical or other professionals, many working at the Medical Center. There are photos in this listing from several different apartments. Based on the dates of your stay and your needs, you may be hosted in any one of these apartments; we can show you photos of the specific one you will have upon request. All of the apartments are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and all have the same square footage. They are all nicely furnished and very comfortable. Three ceiling fans and 3-4 closets in every unit. In the units with 3 closets, one is a walk-in closet with a closet organizer. There are black-out curtains in one of the bedrooms.

There is a shared outside living area with a large pellet grill, patio furniture, and umbrellas.

Streaming TV Services. Reserved covered parking.

Electric security gates

All utilities, (for any month that the power bill exceeds $100, the guest pays the excess portion). One reserved covered parking space. A second space $70 per month. Free street parking is also available in front of the complex.

This location allows you to walk to the shops, restaurants, downtown night life, and likely to work. This is a great benefit as parking is challenging. Most, but not all, of what you need or want is walking distance from the apartment. There is some public transportation available but it is not comprehensive. Uber or rental car is recommended.
