4 private bedrooms plus 1 shared space with 2 twins beds. Pack and Play available, and additional queen sized air mattress available upon request.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms with twin over full bunkbeds, a bright living room, full-size bathroom, full kitchen stacked with both a coffee pot and Keurig. Coffee area includes complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, snacks and more.

Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds, a small kid-sized bathroom, plus an entertainment space that doubles as a sleeping area, filled with a TV, foosball and other board games - the space is open and doesn’t have a private door. There are 2 twin XL beds here to use, perfect for kids. Ceilings are low in some areas, especially the upper bathroom, so watch your head! (Best for kids)

The apartment comes with a large deck space for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon snack.

You will be able to access the full unit, Apartment 1R, including the private deck. Only the laundry room is shared with other residents.

This listing is located in the middle of McKinley Park, a quiet & residential family-friendly neighborhood. The actual park, McKinley Park (named after 25th U.S. President William McKinley), is located just a 10 minute walk away. The property is in a dream location for kids, across the street from Razzmatazz on 3900 S. Ashland, a children's amusement center with video games, bowling lanes, arcade games and more, perfect for hosting birthday parties!

Public Transit:
You can walk 3 minutes to the corner of Ashland & Pershing, and take the CTA bus to anywhere in the city. The Orange Line Train Station at 35th/Archer will also connect you to many different routes.


Street Parking:
Street Parking is available at the East end of the street (38th Pl.) after the alley, and on Ashland WHERE THERE ARE NO PERMIT PARKING SIGNS.
