**Indoor Layout (Level by Level):**
* **First Level:** An open-plan living space with a comfortable living room and a 55-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped U-shaped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an icemaker, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster. This level also has a dining area, a half-bathroom, a washer and dryer, and French doors leading to a private deck. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accomodations.
* **Second Level:** Features a king bedroom with a 40-inch TV and a full-size bathroom. A separate area on this floor includes a desk, a 50-inch Smart TV, and two XL twin beds. Double French doors open to a covered porch overlooking the pool.
* **Third Level:** The top floor has two more bedrooms. One room offers a king bed and a 40-inch Smart TV, while the other has two queen beds and a 40-inch Smart TV. These rooms are connected by a shared Jack & Jill bathroom.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to all three levels of the townhouse. A complimentary Level 2 car charger is located in the carport.
