At Casa Azul, you'll find Rest & Relaxation...Ahh. We are located on the north side of town and are 5 miles to the State Park boat launch. This freshly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home sits next to the Avalon wash and near the Mohave County OHV area. Our guests like that we are in a quiet location with good privacy. The refreshing pool and spa are set in a resort style backyard. Inside, we have modern furniture, appliances, smart TVs, all the necessities to make home-cooked meals. The Allo fiber wifi is complimentary and issues with connectivity (if any) are beyond our control. This home will provide comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests. 1,230 sf. No parties, no smoking inside. Dogs allowed on approval-tell us about them!

The spacious backyard is fully fenced. The play pool has plenty of seating and a swim step. The pool doesn't have a heater but you won't need it heated in summer. The spa can be heated to your desire at no extra cost. Outdoor bbq, firepit, gazebo. Enjoy those famous warm Arizona sunsets here.

Our boat is stored in half of the garage. Your vehicles, watercraft and off-road toys can park on the side of the house, the driveway and/or on the front yard gravel in an organized manner. We have a whole-home water softening system and reverse osmosis for the fridge ice maker, water dispenser and at the kitchen sink.

Provided for your use: Drip coffee maker (not Keurig) & filters, hair dryers, make up mirrors, smart TVs (login with your account), FUBO streaming TV, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, outdoor bbq with propane, pool toys in the garage, propane firepit. The home has been fully stocked with many extras and we continue to update and add new items.
