After hurricane Ian all of the foliage in the backyard was destroyed. All trees were removed and new sod was added. It is very private and nicely manicured backyard with string lights hanging from the fence and lanai.

Getting around

This property has a private driveway that will accommodate three vehicles. Like most of SW Florida, traffic can be intense at certain times of day. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the street. The city does have an ordinance against work vehicles but due to hurricane, you can request permission from the city. Take rush hour into consideration when heading over any of the bridges. No street parking allowed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND having a sun pass or equivalent as tolls are no longer manned in most areas of Florida.
